What if I need customer support?
We are based in Sydney, Australia. Our customer support hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday SYD time.
Outside of these hours we will try our best to reply as soon as we are able to.
Customers are required to lodge a support ticket on our support portal by visiting “support.mobiconnect.io/support/home”
We much prefer that we have happy customers so will try our best to reach out to your query at the earliest!
