How to Create a Booking Status?

Follow the steps below to add and configure a new booking status.

Step 1: Login into Mobiconnect with Owner/Admin credential and select your project.

Step 2: Navigate to the Booking status page by clicking on the jobs from the menu.

Step 3: Click on ‘New’ to open the ‘Add Booking Status’ form.

Step -4 :

  • Enter the name of the status in the ‘Name’ field, and choose a state colour by entering a hex code or using the colour picker.
  • Provide a description for the new status in the ‘Description’ field.
  • Select any necessary forms from the ‘Select Forms’ dropdown menu that should be associated with this booking status.
  • Check the box labelled ‘Send Notification To Customer’ if a notification should be sent when this status is assigned to a booking.

Click on ‘Save’ to activate the new booking status.
Click on ‘Cancel’ to close the pop-up without saving.
