Create Incidents:
You can report new incidents by providing essential details, including title, description, location, attachments, personnel involved, status, priority, reviewers, and email notifications. Incidents can be saved as drafts for further editing or submitted for processing.

Manage Incidents

Manage incidents with options to edit, view, delete, and update statuses to ensure timely resolution.

  • Edit: Modify incident details as needed.
  • View: Access detailed information about a specific incident.
  • Delete: Permanently remove an incident from the system after confirmation.
  • Update Status: Change the incident’s status to reflect the latest developments.

Other Key Features

Search :
Quickly locate incidents by searching for titles or types.

Filters :
Apply filters to incidents  data using criteria like type,  status, date range, and custom filters tailored to specific use cases.

Export :
Export job data in CSV format, with a popup to select specific columns such as Incident Title, Created On, Type, Status, and Priority.

Published Jobs:
View all finalised incidents that are currently active within the system.

Draft Jobs:
Access incidents saved as drafts that are not yet finalised, allowing further editing before publication.

Multiple Views:
You can switch between list and map views to track incidents efficiently. Incidents are categorised into published and draft jobs for structured management.

  • List View: Displays incidents in a structured table format, allowing easy sorting and filtering.
  • Map View: Displays incidents as marker points on the map. You can search incidents by title or type, filter based on status or date range, and export data in CSV format.

My Incidents

Create, manage, and track your incidents.
You can view details, modify information, or delete incidents as needed.

  • Edit: Modify incident details as needed.

My Reviews
