How to Create Tasks ?

Follow the steps below to create Tasks

Step 1:
Login into Mobiconnect with Owner/Admin credential and select your project.

Step 2:
Navigate to the ‘Team Tasks’ page by clicking on Tasks from the menu.

Step 3:
Click on ‘New’ on the top right corner

Step 4:

In the ‘Add Task’ form: select the user and fill in all task details .

Click ‘Publish’ to assign the task.
Click ‘Save as Draft’ to save the task without assigning it.

Info: Task details

  • Enter the Task title.
  • Task Type: Choose from a dropdown list. – Document, Course, No Attachment, Form
  • Task Frequency: Select how often it recurs.
  • Start Date: Pick a start date.
  • End Date: Optionally set an end date.
  • Task Description: Provide additional details.
  • Email Notification: Toggle on or off to send Task details to Email

Selected Task Type: 

If “Document” is selected, an attachment is required.
If “Form” or “Course” is selected, choose from the dropdown list.
