Step 1: 
Login into Mobiconnect with valid credentials and select your project.

Step 2: 
Navigate to the Segments page by clicking on the Segments from the menu.

Step 3 :

Choose one from the segment options: Beacon, GeoFence, or Others.

Segment details include

• Enter a name for the segment.
• Select the targeted device type (iOS, Android, or both).
• Choose users from a predefined list to target.
• Categorise the segment using tags.
• Define the segment type (GeoFence, Beacon, or Others).
• Set the segment’s active status using a checkbox.

Enter the details of GeoFence or Beacon based on the Selection

• Click on “Save” to apply the changes
• Click on “Cancel” to close the Crete segment form without saving

For GeoFence Segments:

• Use the map pin feature to set the exact location.
• Enter an address.
• The system auto-populates latitude and longitude, which you can adjust if necessary.
• Upload attachments.

For Beacon Segments:

• Add a new beacon or select from existing registered beacons.
• Provide a unique beacon name, major and minor IDs, a valid UUID, and
• select proximity settings (Far, Near, Unknown, Immediate).
• Enter an Address linked to the beacon.
