Follow the steps below to quickly find specific Incidents using search and filters.

Step 1: 
Login into Mobiconnect with valid credentials and select your project.

Step 2:
Navigate to All Incidents page by Clicking “Incidents” from the main menu

Step 3:
Click on the search bar to quickly find specific Incidents. You can type search terms such as Incident name or use filters to refine the search.

Step 4:
Click on the ‘Filters’ button to apply specific criteria to refine the Incidents.

• Choose from the dropdown of filters such as Type, status, and date range.
• After selecting the desired filters, the Incidents list will update accordingly.
• Click on the ‘refresh icon’ on the left to remove all filters.
