How to Share a Folder Internally?

Follow the steps below to share a folder internally within your organisation

Step 1:
Log in to Mobiconnect with valid credentials and select your project. https://www.mobiconnect.net/login

Step 2:
Navigate to ‘Company Docs Home’ by clicking “Company Docs” from the menu.

Step 3:
Click on Share icon beside a File /Folder

Step 4:

  • Select the ‘Internal’ tab
  • Choose ‘Users’ to select individual users.
  • Set specific access rights for each user (e.g., view, edit).
  • Choose ‘Teams’ to share with predefined teams and assign access rights.
  • Use the ‘Share Upto’ date picker to limit the duration of file access.
  • Toggle ‘Email Notifications’ to send notifications when the folder or file is shared.

Click on ‘Save’ to apply the sharing to selected Users.
