Stripe Integration

You can link Stripe account to handle payments directly through the platform. This requires entering an Stripe API key to enable its features.

Webhook Link:
Retrieve a webhook link for real-time payment notifications.

Disable/Enable Stripe:
Option to turn Stripe integration on or off.

After Integration Features

Search and Filter :
Quickly find invoices entries using invoice number search, along with advanced filtering options such as Customer, Contractor , Job , Date Range (From Date, To Date).

Pagination Controls:
Supports navigating through large sets of invoice data.

Actions:

  • View: Provides detailed information about a specific invoice details.
  • Send: Enables users to send the invoice to the designated recipients via email
  • Delete: Permits users to remove the invoice from the system. This action is only available for invoices in “Draft” or “Overdue” status.
  • History Log: Provides access to a log of all actions taken on the invoice, such as creation, updates, and status changes.
