Booking Status

Set up and manage different job statuses for smooth workflow tracking.

Customise and define booking stages to reflect job progress accurately. Add, update, and track statuses based on business needs.

Predefined Statuses

Default statuses include Scheduled, Accept, Decline, In Progress, Complete, and Expired, ensuring consistency in job tracking.

New Status

Define a unique job status with customisable attributes, including a Status name and a brief Status Summary. Use the Enabled toggle to activate or deactivate the status, and assign a State Color Code for visual differentiation.

You can also select associated forms to the status through a multi-select dropdown and enable Send Notification to Customer to automate customer updates when the job reaches this status. Additionally, you can provide an External URL (must be a valid link) for reference.

Associated Actions:

  • Edit: Modify existing status details.
  • Delete: Remove a status after confirmation.
  • Enabled: Toggle to activate or deactivate the status.
