How to Manage Invoices?

Follow the steps below to view, edit, or delete invoices.

Step 1:
Login to Mobiconnect and select your project.

Step 2:
Navigate to the Invoices page by clicking on ‘Jobs’ from the menu.

Step 3:
Use the quick access icons next to each invoice to send invoice , history log, view, or delete the record.

  • Send Invoice – Click the Send icon to share the invoice with the recipient.
  • History Log – Click the History icon to view the invoice activity and status updates.
  • View – Click the eye icon to open and review the invoice details.
  • Delete – Click the trash icon to remove the invoice from the system. A confirmation popup appears. Click “Yes” to confirm the deletion.
