Set up a new customer profile with essential details, contacts, addresses, and reminders. You can assign reviewers and configure status as ‘Draft’ or ‘Active.’

Details :
In the Details tab, you can enter the customer’s full name, email, phone number, primary address, and additional address details. The Map Integration feature enables precise location tracking by automatically updating the map when an address is entered. Additionally, you can add external notes that are visible to all users, while internal notes remain private for staff.

Attachments:
For Attachments, you can drag and drop or upload files, as well as add relevant documents from your company workspace.

Reminders:
Within the Reminders tab, you can create reminders by adding a title and selecting a date. You can also add new reminders, edit existing ones, or delete them with confirmation.

Actions:

Bulk Upload :
You can upload multiple customer details at once by downloading and uploading a formatted CSV file.
