How to Manage Roles and Permissions?

Follow the steps below to manage roles and permissions of the all the system features.

Step 1:
Login into Mobiconnect with Owner/Admin credential and select your project.

Step 2:
Navigate to the ‘Roles & Permission’ page within the ‘Users’ section.

Step 3:
To modify permissions for a role:

  • Click on the role name you wish to edit from the list (e.g., ADMIN, OWNER).
  • Adjust permissions for each feature (like Jobs, contractors, etc.) by toggling the switches for Read, Create, Edit, and Delete rights as necessary.
  • Click on ‘Save’ to apply any changes made to the role permissions.

Step 4:

Use the three dots icon next to a role to access additional options such as editing or deleting a role.
