How to Add a Contractor?
Follow the steps below to create and add a new contractor.
Step 1:
Login into Mobiconnect with Owner/Admin credential and select your project.

Step 2:
Navigate to the Contractors page by clicking on the Contractors from the menu.
Step 3:
Click on ‘New’ on the right top corner

Step 4 :
In the ‘Add New Contractor’ form.
- Enter the contractor’s Email, First Name, and Last Name in the respective fields.
- Select the Contractor Role from the dropdown.
- Select Contractor Type from the dropdown
- If you see a message stating “Seems you have no active contractor types, add one now,” click on the provided link to ‘Add contractor types’ before proceeding.
Click on ‘Create’ to add the contractor to your system.
Click on ‘Cancel’ to close the form without saving.


Step 5 :
Once a contractor is added, their initial status will be set to “Invite Pending.” The contractor will receive a confirmation email.
- Contractor has to Click “Confirm Mail” in the email.
- The contractor will be redirected to the login screen.
- They must reset their password and log in to the application.
