Follow the steps below to create and activate a new service type.

Step 1: 
Login into Mobiconnect with Owner/Admin credential and select your project.

Step 2: 
Navigate to the Service Type page by clicking on the jobs from the menu.

Step 3 :
Click on ‘New’ to add a new service type

Step 4: 
Enter the details such as name and description.
Click on ‘Create’ to activate the job type.
On creation, the job/service type is automatically Set as ‘Enabled’
